How to Use JuzzBuzz's Responsible Gaming Tools
JuzzBuzz has built a full suite of responsible gaming controls directly into the platform. You do not need to contact support to use most of them — they are available in your account settings at any time. Here is how each tool works and when to use it.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Once set, the limit applies immediately. If you want to increase a limit, a mandatory 24-hour waiting period applies. Decreasing a limit takes effect straight away. This is the single most effective tool for keeping your gaming within budget.
Session Time Reminders
Set a reminder to pop up after a chosen period of play — 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours. The reminder shows you how long you have been playing and gives you the option to continue or stop. It is a simple nudge that makes a real difference to how long sessions run.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a short break from JuzzBuzz without fully closing your account. Cooling-off periods are available for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or make deposits. The period cannot be shortened once activated — this is intentional.

For a more serious break, self-exclusion suspends your JuzzBuzz account for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanently. All marketing is stopped. Account Closure
